Printing Help for Booklets

Most printers will easily print booklets.
The following instructions are general and
may vary slightly depending upon the printer.

Step 1: Open the File
Step 2: Click on File
Step 3: Click on Print
Step 4: Click off Fit to page
Step 5: In the Print drop down menu, change
the selection from "Even and Odd Pages"
to "Odd Pages Only"
Step 6: Click "OK"

After printing the even pages, it may be necessary
to reorder the pages so that the first page
printed is the blank side of the first page.
After reloading the paper into the printer,
repeat Steps 2 and 3 above, then

Step 7: In the Print drop down menu, change
the selection from "Even and Odd Pages"
to "Even Pages Only"
Step 8: Click "OK"
